Driveway Resurfacing & Concrete repair

Is the weather in Utah causing damage to your driveway?

In Utah, concrete driveways often suffer from wear and tear due to cold weather and the freeze-thaw effect. Because most of the concrete is rarely or never sealed, we end up with spalling, cracking, and substrate deterioration.

Resurfacing is the process of applying a thin coat of concrete over an existing concrete surface. The Concrete Resurfacing mix will renew your old, worn concrete driveways, sidewalks, and patios at a fraction of the cost of tearing out and replacing old concrete slabs. To achieve good-looking, long-lasting results, the concrete must be repaired, and all weak/unsound concrete will need to be demoed. Additionally, all cracks must be properly repaired before applying the resurfacing finish coat. For patios or porches, there are options to apply coloring agents, texturing techniques, and a range of standard and custom designs.

Our resurfacing solution is cost-effective and efficient, covering surface issues like cracks and holes, giving your driveway a brand-new look that’s durable and resistant to harsh weather conditions. Since concrete tends to crack, it’s almost impossible to guarantee that it won’t happen again. Our system and commitment ensure that if the concrete is properly sealed and repaired, this will help prevent any signs of these problems from reappearing. On average, you may see a 3% recurrence of spalling, but usually, we can come back and fix it, restoring everything to look great again.
Don’t hesitate; there are endless possibilities and a wide range of options for your driveway, patio, and porch!

Our advanced system enhances curb appeal, adding value to your space. Experience the beauty of upgraded concrete that stands the test of time. Beautify, protect, and elevate your concrete surfaces with our expert overlay and spray top solutions.

1/4″- 1/2″ inch OVERLAY can be used on existing concrete surfaces, this system is very popular for refreshing and renewing the appearance of existing driveways, patios, walkways and floors in general.
It’s usually patterned and/or textured or embossed to resemble brick, slate, flagstone, stone, tile, wood, and various other patterns and textures. The ability of stamped concrete to resemble other building materials makes stamped concrete a less expensive alternative to using those other authentic materials such as stone, slate or brick.

Our job is to fix any crumbling weak substrates, reinforce them and cover them up with a final plaster coat, you’ll be amazed by the results, feel free to reach out for a consultation!

Improve the exterior of your foundation with a parge/replastering application cover and strengthen an otherwise susceptible surface. The purpose of a masonry replastering coat is to protect the materials making up the wall, the stone, brick or masonry block and the mortar in the joints that hold the wall together. The replastering coat forms a water resistant, protective barrier that helps prevent water penetration into the building materials that can cause moisture damage or spalling deterioration.
