Who We Are
Since 2013, we’ve specialized in resolving Utah’s concrete and masonry challenges, offering both critical repairs and advanced decorative applications. Our core work involves restoring and rehabilitating concrete, brick, and masonry from addressing surface wear and tear with professional resurfacing to performing exterior brick color changes.
We also integrate custom patterns for patios and porches, and apply tailored finishes designed to significantly enhance property aesthetics and value. Beyond restoration, we install high-performance coating systems for decks, patios, and garage floors, suitable for both new construction and existing substrates. Our hands-on experience and dedication to lasting results mean homeowners and businesses receive durable, visually superior surfaces engineered for longevity.
Restored Concrete. Stunning Finishes. Lasting Value.
Here are some of the most Common questions we get all the time:
How can I repair/refresh my worn-out porch and entry?
There are several ways to restore existing concrete or simply change its appearance to enhance curb appeal. The right approach depends on the current condition of the substrate. If the concrete is new and all you want is to add an overlay or apply a deck coating with a pattern, this can usually be done right away and is typically less costly since no repairs are required.
If the concrete is worn, cracked, or has spalling, repairs must be completed before applying the coating. This ensures a stronger substrate, consistency throughout, and long-lasting results. If the substrate is beyond repair, we will provide you with a detailed report and the option to fully replace the concrete if necessary.
My Foundation Wall plaster is peeling and/or crumbling, can this be fixed?
Yes, this can be restored. We start by removing all crumbling areas and repairing any holes or imperfections. Then, we apply a new coat of plaster to make the entire skirt of the house look like new. Depending on your location, this process may be called parging, replastering, or skim coating. Once the surface is complete, we apply a penetrating sealer to add an extra layer of protection.
Can you make one of my interior walls look like actual concrete?
Yes, we have several ways to achieve this. One option is to apply a system directly over your existing drywall, creating a concrete-like finish with customizable textures. Another popular method involves installing precast panels, made to order based on your chosen color and texture. This system is gaining popularity because it offers better quality control and can often be installed in just one day, depending on the size of the wall.
Can you repair old stamped concrete, can you recolor it?
Yes, this can be restored. In most cases, we can match or recolor the entire area once it has been repaired and before the final sealer is applied.
